Okay with narcissism aside and in all seriousness though, Hi! I'm Susan! Originally from around Atlanta, Georgia I moved with my husband of 10+ years and all of our fuzzy children to Panama City Beach, Florida about 8 years ago, then just this year to Merritt Island , Florida. I am a Jane of all crafts and mistress of none. I dabble in everything from drawing, drafting, crochet (although just barely *king size blanket barely*), cross stitch, cat herding, jewelry making, button pressing, and now paper crafting madness. And let me tell you, when I get into a craft I obsess over it, immersing myself in it and taking in all the information I can get my brain cells to absorb. These are all of the things that I believe make me an artist. I never have conformed to one medium but choose to express myself in all of them. So I guess I am a little greedy. ;)
My style can be categorized as bright, colorful, graffiti, with a touch of the dark side. I like almost everything, simple, cottage/beachy styles, shabby chic, clean lines and on the reverse side, messy, antique, layered, distressed, and vintage. You know that dirty with class look. :) I can find beauty in anything and the inspiration that comes with it. My only problem is where to start!
When I am not in Craft mode I am usually found at a liquor store (not like that, I do not drink) but that I am one of the managers of. My one dream is to do crafting full time of course and it will happen but for now I'm content mingling with great tourists and locals alike. So sit back and relax and get to know me. I am an open book, and there are a few good chapters in here.
