In the begining... there was the kit...

     Welcome guys and gals to Susan's introduction to the Kit of the Month, the "Family Tree Kit by Paper Studio"! I will admit I scoped this kit out months ago thinking it would be the great start to mine and my husbands scrapbook which I will talk about in a future post. This kit has a ton of classic vintage feel, I will say that the "embellishments" are not as impressive as with other kits that were there but I figure that in this kit you want the pages and their content to be the main focus. Let's dive right in shall we?

     For $8.99 (don't forget your coupon! so $5.39 plus tax) the kit comes with 2 pages each of 5 different designs (the Family Tree sheet, a striped butterfly sheet, a fall leafy multi colored sheet, a blue script sheet, and a maroon sheet with assorted family words such as Family, Love, Laughter, Beginnings and so on), some cardstock letter stickers which are chocolate brown and have a lighter chocolate dot design, some family themed stickers, and some colored gem stickies in like a copper orange, turquoise blue, light green, yellow and ruby colors.

 Separately you would pay about $0.59 per sheet of this kit not including the stickers, so if you did not like some of the choices of sheets you could pick up just the Family Tree sheets in open stock. But if we did that it wouldn't be a Kit of the Month now would it? ;) Below is a better look at the sheets you get, I'm loving the blue script sheet. I may not be able to read what it says but it looks awesome.
